helpful INFO
Balloons do not like extreme temperatures. We do not advise leaving balloons in vehicles, garages or conservatories overnight due to cold temperatures. Exposure to direct sunlight can discolour balloons over time and heat sources can increase expansion causing balloons to pop.
If you have a foil balloon and you expose it to a drop in temperature, it may deflate slightly (up to 20%). This is because the cold air contracts, and it should expand to full size again once in a warmer area.
If a balloon pops, clear away any broken balloons and it's decorative contents (if applicable) immediately.
If a balloon is faulty we will know within 30-60 minutes of inflation. A balloon that has no faults will last up to 2 weeks if looked after correctly.
Balloons are not a toy. Uninflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard and should never be left with children under the age of eight without supervision.
Store balloons away from pets to ensure that they cannot get themselves tangled with balloon ribbons or accidentally ingest popped balloons or their decorative contents such as confetti, feathers, or other materials.
Please make sure you give the balloons plenty of space when transporting & storing them, they will pop if squeezed or squashed.

Balloons do not like extreme temperatures and are happiest being kept at a comfortable room temperature.
Please do not release balloons into the environment.
Once you've finished with your balloon, please make sure you dispose of them responsibly.
To deflate the balloon, cut the neck of the balloon with scissors to remove any air or helium, then dispose of it in the bin.
All released balloons become litter, they can end up in fields and harm or kill animals such as cattle if they ingest them.
